Shipping Policy

We are pleased to provide free shipping on all orders $75 and over within the United States. This total must be AFTER any discounts are applied. Any orders under the $75 threshold will be charged by weight for shipping. All packages will come with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for damages once shipped, please reach out and file a claim with USPS immediately if there is damage to your package. 

Our vinyl is printed as orders come in on the specific type you choose, and need a minimum of 24 hours to off-gas. All vinyl/decal orders will ship within 3 business days, our UV DTFs are ready to ship and usually ship within 1 business day if you do not have any printed vinyl/decals in your order. 

 

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and we strive for excellence with every order we complete. 

If you have any issues with your order, please let us know no later than 2 weeks after delivery. We will do our best to remedy any issues. If we have to send a replacement, we will send you a paid return label to ship the defective products back to us.

All tumblers, pens, and personalized product sales are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.
